How is service wash priced?
By weight. We weigh your laundry bag on the counter scale and give you a price before we start, so there's nothing unexpected at collection.
Is ironing included?
Service wash covers washing, drying and folding. If you'd like items pressed and hung, that's handled through our drycleaning service — just let us know at drop-off and we can split the order.
Can I mix delicates in with everyday laundry?
Point them out when you drop off. Delicate items like silk or wool are washed separately from the main load, or referred to drycleaning if that's the safer option for the fabric.
What's the cut-off time for same-day collection?
Bags dropped off in the morning are typically ready the same evening. Ask at the counter for that day's cut-off, as it can vary with how busy we are.
